We currently ship our premium A2 ghee products across India. International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

• Bulk Orders (10+ units): 2-3 business days

• Shipping Cost: ₹99 (Free for orders above ₹999)

Express Delivery

• Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 2-3 business days

Packaging

All our ghee products are carefully packaged in temperature-controlled, food-grade materials to maintain freshness and quality during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to minimize environmental impact.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our website or through our logistics partner's tracking system.

Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery issues such as:

Special Handling

Our ghee products require special temperature-controlled handling. During summer months (April-September), we use additional insulation and cooling packs to ensure product quality is maintained during transit.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
